The Westrate Residence is a three story structure. The structure is framed from a combination of structural steel, composite steel, structural steel trusses, engineered wood products, and conventional wood. The lateral force system is derived from a combination of cantilevered concrete walls, steel braced frames, portal moment frames, and wood exterior and gypsum interior shearwalls.
