Greenpine Residence

The Greenpine Residence is a two story structure over a full basement features an elevated garage, indoor gun range, and waterfall. The structure is framed from a combination of structural steel, composite steel, structural steel trusses, engineered wood products, and conventional wood. The lateral force system is derived from a combination of cantilevered concrete walls, steel braced frames, portal moment frames, and wood exterior and gypsum interior shearwalls.
